Full Interior Painting for Offices in Toronto & the GTA
Offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and hallways, painted with the preparation done first.
Painting an office is the same trade as painting a house, with one extra question: how the work fits around the people who use the space. A small office may be easiest done in one go while it is empty; a busy one is usually done a section at a time, so part of it keeps working while the rest is painted. It is worth deciding that before the price, because it changes how the job is planned.
Offices take more wear than most homes. Hallways, kitchens and the walls behind desks and chairs get scuffed, so a washable finish is usually worth it there, and patched or damaged areas need filling, sanding and priming before the colour goes on. If the walls are changing to a brand colour, a sample patch on the actual wall is worth seeing first.
If you lease the space, check what the lease and the building allow: some landlords want to approve colours, and many buildings have rules about when work can happen and how the elevator is booked. Tell us about any of that on the first call, along with roughly how many rooms and how big, so the plan and the price fit the space you have.
